Hello! We are Kaitlin and Trevor, and we want to thank you for considering us in your search for adoptive parents. Having been married for over a decade, we have learned the most important things to us in life are relationships. We have spent our marriage cultivating relationships and doing our best to show our two children unconditional love. We always knew we wanted a full family and are ready to grow again.

I remember hanging out with my girlfriends after church one night, talking about boys and admiring Trevor. They told me to, “keep dreaming, other girls tried to date him, but he doesn’t talk much and he’s not interested in anything but music.” Well, that wasn’t enough for me. I knew there had to be more to this quiet teenage boy.

Raising our two boys, Titus and Myles has been a blast and it is so fun to watch them grow in different ways. Our boys are very different in demeanor, likes, and dislikes. They are even completely different in size! That doesn’t stop them from absolutely adoring each other though. They do everything together and are rarely found apart.

Our home offers both rural and city living. We live in a housing addition, just outside of a small town in Northern Indiana, full of other young families with children. Kids of all ages are always out running about during the summer. They are often running back and forth between the houses just having fun at each other’s home. Our boys love having the other kids so close by to play with! We love our home’s location and the backyard it allows us to have. Our backyard is our favorite place, we spend all day out there in the summer.

Our families are so excited about our decision to adopt. Kaitlin’s family is very small and very close, and they can’t wait to welcome another child. In fact, her mom retired just so she can be the designated babysitter when needed. Trevor’s family is large and loves to see ours growing too. He has three younger siblings who are so excited to spend time with another niece/nephew. Trevor’s sister loves to read with the boys and spend time at the zoo with them. Her husband loves hanging out with them and building snowmen in the winter....

Kids, children, and family are our favorite hobbies. We love bonding as family through our interests and activities. If we can’t do it as a family, then we just don’t do it. We love spending quality time together, doing things like baking, playing music, having lunch dates, playing outside, taking zoo trips or just having a family bonfire night and making s’mores.

Being outside is something we all love. Trevor loves camping and can’t wait to take family camping trips. We often go on walks...
